The Carvery Company, an independently-owned restaurant with public bar, opened to customers on Monday, June 19, 2006.

The restaurant and bar, which is located next to the Vue cinema complex on Merlin Road at Cribbs Causeway, will be overseen by the successful management team that already runs the award-winning Lemon Grove restaurant at Sanders GardenWorld® garden centre in Brent Knoll, Somerset, which has recently been recommended as a place to eat by the BBC Good Food magazine.”
The restaurant is open seven days a week, all year round excluding Christmas Day. The public bar is open to diners and non-diners.
Alex added: “The Carvery Company restaurant offers a choice of three roasts everyday at lunchtime and in the evenings too, with all of the usual trimmings, all cooked freshly, plus traditional fish and chips and a selection of vegetarian dishes.”
The restaurants can cater for large groups of diners such as staff parties at both lunch and dinner times. As well as attracting members of public for lunches and evening meals, the management team hope to attract business people and workers from the nearby Mall and the Aztec West commercial development for lunches.
The Carvery Company can be contacted on 01179 598272.
